PとPCバランス
ここのところ遊びまくってました。誘われたら、断ることを知らずに、あっちへこっちへ。
連休も親友の結婚式の準備と式と、二次会と。バタバタしたままその後は慌てて準備をして香港へ。GWに海外へ行くというのは始めてだったのですが、今月２０日から毎週土曜日、宣伝会議の編集講座が始まるので、もうここしかない！でも香港どうしても行きたい！と思って行ってきてしまいました。
２年ぶり香港。相変わらずな活気ともわっと感（湿気ね）たっぷり。前回できなかった念願の蘭桂坊での夜遊びが出来て、嬉しかったわ。そして、最後の夜はペニンシュラのバー、フェリックスで香港島を眺めて、飲んだ（飲めないけど）。そして、また来てやるぜー！と誓ったのでした。
個人的には80階超もの、文字通り超高層ビルIFCに上がれなかったのが残念（オフィスビルなので上がれなくて当たり前なのですが、ここで是非是非ビジネスマンごっこがしたかった）。
香港はいろんな国の人が自然にいてて、そんでもって、欧米人にアジア人が立派に伍していて、なんか勇気付けられる。中国、日本に対する歴史的な双方の感情からも、ここならフリーでいられる。ま、いつかは北京に切りこまなあかんのやろうけど。
とまぁ、満喫して帰ってきたのもつかの間。仕事仕事に追われて先週はバタバタでした。どんどん源から遠ざかっていく感じが自分でも実感できた（泣）。
『７つの習慣』をお風呂で読み返していたら、『P/PCバランス』の話が。
Performance（成果）とPerformance Capability（成果をあげる元）とのバランスってことなんですが、金の卵（P）か金の卵を産むガチョウ（PC）かどちらかに注力しすぎてもダメよって話。機械もたまにはメンテナンス（PC)をしないと成果は生まれないし、ミーティングばかりで（PC)で成果（P）が上がっていなければ何やってんだ？って話だし。
まぁ、私ったら、P（楽しさ）ばっかり追い求めて、自分のメンテナンス（PC）をすっかり忘れていたわ！確かに結構疲れてた。気持ちもどんどんいらんチャージを貯めてた。
本当は友人と高知旅行のはずだったのですが、ここは踏みとどまってキャンセル。PCに注力する週末として、よかったなーと。さ、早く寝ましょう。

たくさん遊んだ跡に、ふとゆっくり自分を見つめなおす時間って必要だよね。
それはいろいろ経験したからこそ必要な時間だと私は思うので、
思いっきり遊ぶことには大賛成。
